YOU MUST ALSO STOP FORWARDING YOUR VOICEMAILS TO OUR SYSTEM FROM YOUR PHONE(S) IN ORDER TO FULLY RESTORE YOUR VOICEMAIL SERVICE ON YOUR PHONE.
1) Contact your carrier if you are unable to remove call forwarding yourself via your device and ask them to REMOVE the 'Conditional Call Forwarding' and 'Busy No Answer' settings on your account and to reset it to your carriers standard voicemail settings.
2) Remove our application from your mobile device via the method that your device provides.

You MUST complete all steps above in order to restore your phone service. Failure to do so may result in you missing messages.
We are not able to turn on or off your call forwarding, this is a step that you must perform.
